About the Presenter:

Tobi Johnson, president of Tobi Johnson & Associates, has more than 25 years of experience managing social sector programs in the arts, employment and training, human services and community health benefits counseling.

For the last decade, she has worked with volunteer programs in the aging network, as a SHIP and SMP Director in Washington state and now as a consultant, sharing her ideas and inspiration with nonprofit leaders across the country.

Tobi is the author of an eBook, “The New Volunteer Manager: The First 90 Days,” and Tobi’s Nonprofit Management Blog, where she posts tools and tactics for leaders of volunteers each week. Tobi is the resident volunteer expert with the National SHIP Resource Center and is a proud volunteer and board member of the Tennessee Health Care Campaign.
