Aggregate Results from the SMART System Quarters One and Two, 2008

Use this to set benchmarks for your volunteer program.

This report shows early results from the 45 organizations participating in the Strategic Metrics and Results Tracking (SMART) pilot.  It

  1. Shows where each participating organization stands in the context of the larger field.
  2. Shows the variety of higher-level roles SMART pilot participants have created for skilled older adult volunteers.
  3. Begins to demonstrate the impact such volunteers can have.
  4. Gives early indications of what practices organizations are using to engage and leverage the talents of Boomers and other older adult volunteers.
