This What’s Working Replication Guide explains how CVCJ formed a Business Advisory Council (BAC) comprised of 12 to 15 local professionals who work in businesses with a similar demographic to the people CVCJ assists–senior citizens, caregivers, individuals with dementia, adult children caring for parents, etc.

This program is one of 13 honored by The Aging Network’s Volunteer Collaborative for providing, in response to the 2012 Call for What’s Working, exceptional tips on how to build a strong volunteer program.
