Summary findings from the first-ever initiative for measuring and benchmarking the social and business impacts of volunteering.

Data was gathered from approximately 8,900 volunteers across more than 20 organizations, including Boeing, The Coca-Cola Company, Deloitte, General Electric and UPS. The initiative posed key management questions including, “How much social and business value is your volunteer program actually creating?”
